About Us
Our Mission...is to draw believers into a greater intimacy and freedom with the Father through their corporate and private worship and to display to the lost, through our worship, the power of God to save, comfort, heal and bless. He has led us to make music that crosses age, race, socioeconomic and cultural boundaries by mixing traditional and non-traditional church worship and praise with the very best we can draw from various cultures and musical styles.
Our Ministries... include instrumental worship experiences in a concert setting, worship leading and teaching for youth camps and retreats, singles events, childrenıs events, senior adult meetings and revivals, as well as outreach through prison ministry, inner city and community programs, conferences, and clinics. We have an ongoing ministry to Mexico that is quickly growing beyond the borders of North America into other parts of the world. In addition, SMM, Inc. is committed to helping other ministries grow and flourish by providing production, arranging, writing, and recording services.
Our Staff...extends far beyond Scott Monroe. Michael Day, a wonderfully gifted and anointed guitarist, travels with Scott. He has co-produced, arranged and written with Scott since 1995. His ability to always sense what direction the Holy Spirit is leading as well as his deep relationship with Christ, make him an integral part of the Scott Monroe Ministries team. There are may other musicians who are available to minister both on recordings and live as a part of SMM, Inc. Whenever possible, we provide an entire band for ministry events. Our board of directors bring to the table a God-directed balance of spirituality, experience and business knowledge. Tim and Kim Green, Brian Foster, Norm Sabin, Lewis Hundley, Gary McCallie and Cindy Monroe serve to hold the ministry and its staff accountable to ministerial and administrative integrity. Board member, Brian Foster teams up with Scott on a regular basis as a speaker for youth, singles and church wide events. God has used his anointed teaching to change the lives of countless numbers of people throughout his 20 years in the ministry. His teaching, combined with Scottıs worship leading make for an extremely powerful life changing event.
